What are the arrival and departure times?
We take great care in preparing your room. Therefore, we would be grateful if you could check-in after 15:00. Departure time is 11:00.

Is there a non-smoking policy?
Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed spaces of Pansion Irini and guests may use the outdoor designated areas for smoking

Can I bring my pet?
Although, we we understand that pets are an important part of your family, we only welcome small pets during low traffic season 01.09-31.05, upon consultation with our resort. In order to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we kindly request that pets be trained and well-mannered.

What is our Child Policy?
Pansion Irini recognises children as being 4 or under. Please be aware that individuals over 5 will be classed as adults and charged accordingly. Children up to 2 years old in all rooms will be accommodated in a cot at no extra charge, upon request.

What happens if any damage to the property occurs?
If any tear to a room is discovered during your stay, Pansion Irini reserves the right to charge the amount of the damage suffered on the guest's credit/debit card. In cases where the customer has paid by cash or other means, the resort will demand immediate payment of the amount, otherwise the guest reserves all his legal rights.

What are the available payment methods?
Confirmation of booking is only valid upon receipt of payment via PayPal, Bank Transfer or Revolut.

How is your reservation confirmed?
By making a reservation, you fully accept the hotel’s accommodation, payment, and cancellation policies. All prices are in euros (€), per studio/apartment and per night, for the declared number of guests, and include 13% VAT and all legal taxes, except for the accommodation tax (€2.00 per room per night), which is paid separately. Offers are subject to availability and cannot be combined. Availability confirmation does not constitute a booking confirmation. To secure a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount (at least one night) is required within three (3) working days; otherwise, the pre-booking will be canceled. For non-refundable reservations, the full amount is charged upon confirmation and no changes or cancellations are allowed. The total cost of the stay is paid upon arrival, and any additional charges are payable upon departure. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card.

What happens if you want to cancel the reservation or change it?
For any change or cancellation, please contact Pansion Irini as soon as possible.
High season (June 1 – September 30):

  • Up to 30 days before arrival: no charge, full refund of any deposit.
  • 21–29 days before arrival: 50% of the total reservation is charged.
  • Less than 20 days before arrival, on arrival, during stay, or no-show: 100% of the total reservation is charged.

Low season (October 1 – May 31):

    • Up to 7 days before arrival: no charge, full refund of any deposit.
    • Less than 7 days before arrival, on arrival, during stay, or no-show: 50% of the total reservation is charged.

In exceptional cases, the hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify a booking or services if necessary. In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded, and the hotel will make every effort to arrange alternative accommodation of similar category and standards in the same city.

The property is not liable for failure to fulfill its obligations due to force majeure events, such as fire, terrorism, extreme weather conditions, or civil disturbances.
These terms are governed by Greek Law, and any disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of Halkidiki.
